Warzone 2 brings plenty of new in-game content to the fray that players all over the world will surely enjoy. COD points, which is the currency used in Call of Duty titles, are typically used to purchase these different types of items.

Converting cash into in-game currency is an easy enough task that people won’t have trouble with it. But the question players often ask is can COD points be transferred over to different platforms? Here’s what we know about Activision’s COD points transfer guidelines.

Will COD Points Transfer to Warzone 2?

You will be able to transfer COD points to Warzone 2 but only within the same platform and store. For example, if you play exclusively on PlayStation and you were to upgrade from a PS4 to a PS5, your currency would transfer from the former to the latter. If you purchased points on an Xbox system, however, you wouldn’t be able to use it on a PlayStation console.

The same can be said for those playing on PC. If you purchased COD points on Steam or Battle.net, you would only be able to use it within the same platform. Points earned through the Battle Pass are also not transferrable and can only be used within the same platform.

With that said, there is a way to work around this transfer restriction. You can simply use the points that you already do have on your game’s native platform to purchase the content that you want within the store. This way, you can access all the items that you already purchased on any system you want to play on.

Will COD Points carry over to Warzone 2?

COD points will carry over from Warzone to Warzone 2. Keep in mind, however, that this will only work if it’s transferred within the same platform or console family.

Does Warzone 2 transfer bundles?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to have your bundles transferred to Warzone 2. Instead, you’ll be able to use the cosmetics that you have from Warzone 1 in its upcoming re-release, Warzone Caldera.
