Over the weekend Digital Extremes’ Warframe has been experiencing a sustained DDOS attack which has made the game unplayable. An update today states that the problem has been fixed.
Despite DE saying the issues have been resolved, players are still having problems, particularly when it comes to logging into the servers. Digital Extremes are asking playerw who are experiencing this to contact them through their support system.
Some players are managing to login for a short periods of time before being kicked while some are still experiencing lag. The less lucky are are not able to login at all even when a password change has been requested.
This DDOS attack has come at a bad time due to a bonus weekend that’s currently running but there will be compensation as outlined in a post on Saturday from Digital Extremes.
There is still no indication as to who has been responsible for the attack but keep an eye on the Warframe Twitter feed for more regular updates.
