The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt dropped 69 per cent during its second week on sale, but still did enough to outpace Nintendo’s Splatoon.
Splatoon is new at No.2 becoming the Wii U’s biggest launch for a new IP, a record previously held by Ubisoft’s Zombi U. The game is also the fifth fastest-selling Wii U game.
GTA 5 saw an eight per cent bump and sits in third sport, ahead of FIFA 15 which had a 51 per cent sales increase. Farming Simulator 15 drops 3 places to No.5 in its second week.
Half-term week appears to have benefited Battlefield: Hardline too, up 43 per cent, whilst Destiny jumped two places to No.8.

With nothing new hitting stores this week it’s likely to be The Witcher 3 at No.1 again in seven days. For Nintendo it will be important for Splatoon to maintain strong sales into its second week, but it will be difficult for the new IP.
