Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is the new No.1 video game in the UK, in a week which saw five new releases enter the Top 10. It’s safe to say the video game release calendar is back from its summer holiday and doesn’t take a break until Christmas.
Following Gears is Sony’s PS4 horror Until Dawn at No.2, Disney Infinity 3.0 at No.3 and Madden NFL 16 at No.4.
With the flurry of new releases, LEGO Jurassic World is knocked down the chart from first to fifth.
Bethesda’s Dishonored: Definitive Edition takes seventh spot, with Bandai Namco’s One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 the final new entry at No.27.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will undoubtedly be the new No.1 game this time next week, but perhaps more interesting will be the performance of Warner’s Mad Max, which will surely suffer against the latest in the Solid Snake saga?
