Cory ‘King Gothalion’ Michael is the latest Twitch streamer to join Mixer, following in the footsteps of other popular content creators Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek and Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins (via PC Gamer).
After six years of streaming with Twitch, Michael inquired about the rival streaming platform earlier this year. ‘I sat down thinking this was gonna be a tough decision, but it was actually kinda easy,’ he said. ‘It is my belief that working closer with Xbox and Microsoft is not only gonna help us propel what we’re doing but also propel what’s also has been important to the channel, which is doing good in gaming.’

His Mixer channel has 26,000 followers at the time of writing. Though he may not be a household name like Ninja or Shroud, he’s got over 1.5 million followers across all of his social media and live streaming platforms, and they’ll surely tag along to Mixer too.
