NBC has ordered a pilot for Midnight Texas, a supernatural drama based on the books of the same name by True Blood author Charlaine Harris, reports Variety.
The show is described as a blend of Twin Peaks and True Blood. Events take place in the remote town of Midnight, Texas, where you could find yourself living next all manner of supernatural creatures including vampires, witches, werewolves and angels.
Much like True Blood you can expect a mix of mystery, horror and romance.
