Much like the Dungeons & Dragons board game that it’s inspired by, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is best experienced with some friends by your side. As such, Gearbox have made it easier than ever to play with friends, implementing cross-platform multiplayer into Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, meaning those on all consoles and PC can play with one another. Here’s everything you need to know about Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands crossplay, including inviting players to your game and adding friends to your SHiFT friends list.
How to Play Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Cross-Platform Multiplayer
Adding Friends to Your SHiFT Account Friends List
You can add friends to your list by selecting Find SHiFT Friends under the Roster tab inside the Social menu mentioned above. Then, all you need to do is put in their SHiFT ID to add them to your list. Find your SHiFT ID by going to the SHiFT tab then looking in the Profile menu.
The game will prompt you to create one or login if you’ve already made one in the past.
This is where you’ll also find all of the online options, and they can be accessed by left-clicking it on PC, or pressing Y on Xbox or Triangle on PlayStation. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Social’ option in the main menu to open up matchmaking options and a friends list for quick invites.
Once the matchmaking has been completed, you’ll be able to continue your progress and start playing.
When they accept your invite, they’ll join your lobby and you can then start playing.
Just like that, you’ll be all set to enjoy Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands crossplay multiplayer with friends on consoles and PC. For more tips and tricks on this DnD-inspired Borderlands spin-off, be sure to check out the links below or search for Twinfinite.
