After years of waiting, fans of The Witcher franchise finally have a big budget adaptation. The Netflix series had some mixed reviews at first, but seems to be a hit with most critics and audiences over all. Geralt of Rivia and his allies and enemies are suddenly more popular than ever and have become memes, reaction gifs, and a whole lot more. Although season one just dropped a few weeks ago, fans are already finding creative ways to spend their time waiting for more episodes of The Witcher....

Netflix’s The Witcher TV show is available now on the streaming service, featuring a full season of actor Henry Cavill as protagonist Geralt. While Cavill’s performance, and The Witcher show as a whole, has received mixed reviews, he’s apparently making popular decisions in other areas. Cavill was asked in a recent interview whether he preferred PlayStation or Xbox and his response was to reject both. Outlet NME took the opportunity to ask Cavill about video games during its in-person interview for The Witcher....

Xbox has announced it’s launching a cheaper version of its Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 in the Core edition later this month. The controller will include all the functionality of the original, including adjustable tension thumbsticks, wrap around rubberized grip and shorter hair trigger locks. Plus, a 40 hour rechargeable battery. However, it won’t include many of the extra components, such as the extra paddles, additional thumbsticks, additional d-Pad and carry case....

An Animal Crossing: New Horizons player has made a Breath of the Wild-inspired island, and it is incredible. This player, Kairi, has spent hours and hours and hours (600, ish) designing their island to mimic areas in the open-world Zelda title. It’s incredibly creative, and they’ve put a lot of thought into how the items and terraforming could be used to look like places in Link’s journey. Twitch has continued to receive criticism from its userbase, including both its streamers and viewers, for uneven and often irrational moderation practices.
