Marvel’s Thunderbolts was only officially announced this summer, yet the team’s entire lineup has already been revealed, showcasing the group of anti-heroes. Thanks to a picture released from D23 by The Walt Disney Studios’ president of marketing, Asad Ayaz, the lineup is confirmed and will consist of Yelena Belova, Winter Soldier, U.S. Agent, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Sega has announced that Two Point Hospital’s previously delayed console ports now have a new release date and will be launching in February of 2020. Sega has announced a free Sonic the Hedgehog DLC pack for hospital management sim Two Point Hospital to celebrate the Blue Blur’s 30th anniversary. The pack includes four costumes for your staff, comprising of Sonic, Tails, Amy and Knuckles. On top of that, there’s a range of decorative items including a Sonic Statue and even a giant Gold Ring. Studio Director Gary Carr says of the crossover: “For us, it’s a dream come true to fully bring the joy of Sonic into our universe....

Ubisoft is known for many things including, Assassin’s Creed, Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Far Cry and of course this list wouldn’t be complete without mention of the Rayman franchise. Now Ubisoft seems to be making a big push towards being known for one more: the top third party developer for Microsoft’s Kinect. Beating NPD’s release of their 2010 year end video game sales data, Ubisoft has self-proclaimed itself as the leader in sales of third party developed games for the Kinect....

In an official earnings call that Eurogamer reported on, Ubisoft has revealed its intention to release five triple-A games between now and April 2021 (the end of the next financial year). The gaming giant had already announced its plans to release the Brexit-inspired hacker game Watch Dogs Legion, the open-world fantasy adventure Gods & Monsters, and the monster-stuffed Tom Clancy title Rainbow Six Quarantine in the near future. But, even with those three upcoming experiences confirmed, the promise of five triple-A games leaves two slots open....

Ubisoft’s troubled The Settlers reboot will no longer launch on 17th March as previously announced, with the publisher having made the decision to postpone its release - for the third time since its announcement in 2018 - following closed beta feedback from the community. When Ubisoft first revealed it would be revisiting the Settlers’ much-loved city-building and real-time strategy formula in a new series instalment, it told fans to expect the title in autumn the following year....

GfK ChartTrack reports that Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days has entered the All Formats All Prices video game chart at No.1, kicking Toy Story 3 down one place to No.2. The first game in the series, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, managed a high of No.14. Elsewhere there’s little change, though Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands is up eleven places to No.8 and Mass Effect 2 climbed 13 places to No....

Having created one of the best reviewed games of all time, Naughty Dog should be pretty pleased with how Uncharted 4 turned out. Steve wasn’t quite so bowled over as others by the final game in the franchise, but even he would have to give the studio credit for a hidden trophy which has now been discovered by players. Valorant, a new competitive and character-based tactical shooter from Riot Games, will begin a closed beta in April. The beta will only be held in Europe, Canada, Russia, Turkey, and the United States, though it could “rollout to more regions, pending developments with the current COVID-19 pandemic.” Those interested will need to create a Riot account, and link this with their Twitch account. When the beta begins on April 7, “specific Valorant streams” broadcasted on Twitch will offer the chance to jump into the beta....

I am definitely one of the many waiting with baited breath for every new detail of Valve’s upcoming sequel Portal 2. The videos of new game mechanics have already got my head spinning with possibilities, and the time left until release feels like torture. So when Valve announced that not only would Portal 2 feature a Co-op campaign, but that it would be longer than the original game in length, and contain its own complete storyline, I was sold....

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1+2 studio Vicarious Visions could be about to lose its name as part of its ongoing merger with Blizzard. The news comes according to a report by Polygon. The report claims employees were told of the move during a town hall meeting on Wednesday evening. It’s currently unknown if the studio will get a new name. However, some workers speculate it’ll go under the new moniker Blizzard Albany....

Warcraft, the Duncan Jones movie based on Blizzard’s World of Warcraft, will now debut on June 10, 2016, three months later than its originally planned March 11, 2016 date, Universal has announced. Shooting for Warcraft was completed back on May 23, 2014. Tweeting about the date change, Jones wrote: “Got good news & bad news. Uni have decided Warcraft deserves to be a summer flick. Yay! Bad news, that means we have to wait till June 2016!...
