Its clearance price at a Walmart seems to mark the death knell of the product. Indeed, Reddit user westermac posted an image of a clearance tag at a Walmart showing a retail price of $10.00 for Nintendo Labo. The launch of Watch Dogs 2 has hit a seamless multiplayer shaped snag, with the online functionality causing serious enough lag issues in the game that publisher Ubisoft has been forced to delay the roll out of the mode until a patch is ready. The good news is that the patch should be ready very soon. “During the pre-launch phase of Watch Dogs 2, we discovered an issue tied to the seamless multiplayer feature that caused the game to lag and crash periodically,” explained Ubisoft in a statement given to VideoGamer....

Back in June, Sega Sammy announced that it would create a Persona 5 Pachislot machine, and now it’s ready to steal the hearts of middle-aged Japanese (mostly) men. Today the company released a video providing an extensive look at the Pachislot, which combines a slot machine with familiar footage from the game. It will debut in Japanese pachinko parlors starting on September 5. If you’re unfamiliar with pachislot, they’re a hybrid between slot machines and pachinko machines (traditional quasi-gambling mechanical games based on small steel balls, featuring elements in common with pinball) that are found in dedicated establishments in Japan....

Platinum Games’ The Wonderful 101: Remastered Kickstarter campaign was completed in less than four hours, and so the new game is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch (via Eurogamer).
