The controversial changes made to Titanfall 2 will be tweaked ahead of launch in response to fan feedback, Respawn has said. Last weekend’s multiplayer tech test had been criticised by some fans disappointed with the changes made to the upcoming sequel, including its slower speed and the removal of the recharging Titan meter. But these will be tweaked for the full game, the developer says. “Many players are wondering why we changed the mobility from Titanfall 1,” multiplayer designer Steven DeRose wrote on the game’s website....

Twin Mirror is Dontnod’s latest, and that’s enough to give me pause. I mean that both as a positive and a negative. Life is Strange was largely a superb coming-of-age mystery with a supernatural bent, but the company’s other works (Vampyr and Remember Me in particular) could be a little… problematic. Nine minutes of direct feed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gameplay has been released by Xbox, but be aware that the footage is actually captured by CD Projekt Red using the PC version. There was a bit of a hoo-ha yesterday when the footage hit YouTube in 1080p 60 frames per second, given the Xbox One version only runs at 900p 30 frames per second. When the video was first published there was no mention of the footage coming from the PC version, with an update to the video description a few hours later adding: “In game footage provided by CD Projekt Red, captured on a PC”....
