Developed by Hotta Games and Level Infinite, Tower of Fantasy is a new shared open-world game that will be free-to-play, with gacha elements. Treyarch, the developers behind Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty: World at War and the upcoming title Call of Duty: Black Ops, for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, have stated that they are done with World War 2 era games. Treyarch confirmed this in an interview with Spong. Josh Olin stated in the interview: I wonder if this means Treyarch will possibly go the route that Medal of Honor did and possibly tackle current wars, such as the War on Terror in Afghanistan or will they try something completely new like the Korean War or the Gulf War?...
Twitch has suspended its paid boost train feature after porn was boosted to the front page. The feature was introduced in March this year, but bears a resemblance to the paid boosts programme that ended in late 2021, as clarified by a Twitch representative to PC Gamer. This new feature works similarly, however, and takes the place of a hype train - subscriptions and bits thrown can now contribute to a boost train that pushes a stream to the front page of Twitch....
Twitch’s popularity amongst gamers has been rapidly growing over the past year and only increased once the streaming feature was made available on the PS4 and Xbox One. The company has now said that they’d “love to do” the same with the 3DS and PS Vita. Steep, the 2016 free-roaming extreme winter sports game, is being given away for absolutely free by publisher Ubisoft from today until next week. With Assassin’s Creed, the Crusade-era story of the assassin Altair’s fight against the Templars wrapped up, the team at Ubisoft moved on to the tale of Renaissance-era nobleman Ezio Auditore with Assassin’s Creed 2. The deputy prime minister of Ukraine has called on video game companies, esports organisations and specifically both PlayStation and Xbox to do more to pile pressure on the Russian regime. Valorant patch 2.02 was significant because of the change it made to shooting with rifles while moving. However, that patch made no changes to any of the agents. Valorant patch 2.03 is making up for that with changes to four agents and three weapons. The latest patch also adds the new Escalation game mode to Valorant. The mode is a 5v5 team deathmatch, where you need to progress through 12 weapons to win....

Watch Dogs 2 is in development at Ubisoft, according to the online CV of the game’s senior gameplay programmer. Julien Risse, who works at Ubisoft’s Paris studio, lists the unannounced sequel on his LinkedIn profile alongside earlier titles Watch Dogs and its DLC Bad Blood, but doesn’t offer any hints as to when we may see it. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot suggested that a sequel to Watch Dogs could be in development last year, but this appears to be the first time Watch Dogs 2 has ever been referenced by name....
When I sat down to watch the We Bare Bears movie I was expecting it to be a light and fun beacon of hope in these dark times.
