Developer Treyarch has been working to improve the multiplayer server rates for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Many players complained that the servers were running at a third of the server send rate value that was in effect during the beta. U.S. President Donald Trump’s White House announced Tuesday afternoon that it was delaying part of its plans to expand Chinese tariffs. Trump had previously announced a blanket 10% tariff on $300 billion in Chinese goods to start on September 1.
