Earlier today, websites began reporting the news that Valve — creators of Steam and making scientists in hazard suits look cool — registered the domain name Steam.tv. Hours ago, the website went live, however just briefly. At the time, Steam.tv was only broadcasting The International, a major competition for the game Dota 2....
Ubisoft’s pirate combat game Skull & Bones has been delayed again. The game is scheduled for release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and it was originally slated for a 2018 release. Then, it was delayed to the financial year 2019/20, and now it has been delayed until ‘after 2019/2020.’ Ubisoft has also said that the game will not be appearing at this year’s E3, in June. The news came from an earning’s call, before the game’s producer, Karl Luhe, confirmed the report in a video message from the game’s official Twitter (via Gematsu)....
In a tweet posted late last night, the official Watch Dogs account changed its name to Watch Dogs Legion, and made two references with the phrase ‘God save the NPCs’ – which leans heavily into the reports that it’ll be set in London and you’ll be able to control any NPC in the game. The full reveal will be coming at Ubisoft’s E3 show, taking place this year on Monday June 10 at 9pm UK time....

Ben Afflect will star in and direct a new standalone Batman movie, Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara confirmed yesterday at CinemaCon. After bigging up the record-breaking opening of Batman v Superman and its worldwide haul of $800 million, the CEO touched on the new Batman project. “It set up a great foundation for our DC slate, which includes at least 10 movies through 2020,” said Tsuijhara. “I’m also excited to know that we will be working with Ben Affleck on a stand-alone Batman movie....

The first came from artist Aviva Artzy, followed up by artist and writer Kate Leth, with support from the wife of the late Darwyn Cooke, Marsha Cooke, and convention organizer Andrea Demonakos, accusing Cameron Stewart of grooming underage girls.
