Next month, Takara Tomy Arts will be celebrating Kirby’s 30th anniversary with the launch of the most adorable Kirby plush we’ve ever seen. The Relaxing Kirby Plush features Kirby himself sleeping on a warp star and commemorates the franchise’s anniversary. According to Famitsu, this plush will be for sale in Japan on April 27, 2022, which is the exact date of Kirby’s anniversary. As you can see in the pictures below, there is an embroidered 30th-anniversary logo on Kirby’s right foot, which makes this plush a must-have for collectors....

During Xbox’s E3 2019 media briefing, Microsoft announced its latest studio acquisition: Double Fine Productions. Since it was set up almost 19 years ago, Double Fine has remained independent, and president and CEO Tim Schafer has said the studio will keep that same spirit whilst under Microsoft. In a video update on the studio’s official YouTube channel, Schafer said that those who backed Psychonauts 2 on crowd-funding platforms will still receive their copy on the platform they chose, but they’ll be focussing on Xbox and PC in the future....

The game features a handful of ingredients that wanderers can use to cook a variety of dishes and gain health benefits. In a move to give more control to casters over the stream chat panel, Twitch have introduced Broadcaster Language Mode. This allows casters to set a default language on their channel page and viewers will need to confirm they can speak that language in order to post in the chat panel. If your browser language preferences are set to the chosen language by default you won’t be prompted to confirm you speak that language....

Epic Games’ juggernaut battle royale Fortnite led the pack of which games were being discussed the most on Twitter in 2018. However in 2019 it was usurped by the mobile role-playing game Fate/Grand Order, according to metrics released by the social media company Tuesday. Fate/Grand Order is a free-to-play, turn-based character collecting game from Delightworks first released in 2015 that spins off the Fate multimedia empire.
